Entertainment, Disney | ABC Television, ASICS America, The Target Corporation, and at the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association at both Hollywood Bowl and Walt Disney Concert Hall (as the Director of Digital Initiatives) and luxury beauty brand, Artís (as Vice-President of Marketing). She has a track record of creating effective strategies that drive business growth, including strategic planning and trend forecasting, digital media and experiential activations, audience development and retention, complex budget management, pricing strategy, data acquisition and analytics, content development, influencer marketing, and crisis communications. During her tenure as the founder of the marketing agency CT&Co., Celeste Peterson pioneered experiential programming at industry conferences such as SXSW and festivals like Coachella and Pitchfork Music Fest.
